Cromer Pier on a very warm summers evening in August of 2003, the pier was very busy lots of people drifting about, I had in my mind a scene of complete desolation.
I set up the camera and just waited, and was lucky if only for a few moments as the illumination was perfect.
Since then the local council have removed the old Victorian lamps & strung bulbs & extended the pavilion theatre, spoiling the look I think, but then that’s only my opinion.
