This little known but stunning waterfall feeds a beautiful lagoon set deep in a basin surrounded by steep rock and overhanging trees, which then seeps away at the opposite end across rock and large worn boulders.

I stumbled over this breath-taking setting in Snowdonia by accident, but rate it as one of the top four or five locations in the U.K.
I spent two days mystified while working by this wonderful place and look forward to returning once again the next time I’m in North Wales.
