This little known but stunning waterfall feeds a beautiful lagoon set deep in a basin surrounded by steep rock and overhanging trees, which then seeps away at the opposite end across rock and large worn boulders.
I stumbled over this breath-taking setting in Snowdonia by accident, but rate it as one of the top four or five locations in the U.K.
In spent two days mystified while working in this wonderful place and during the whole time I was there, I never saw a single soul.
I always make a point of returning each time I spend time in North Wales
